What the forms collect

A Snapshot request collects your name, email, business name, website, business type, location or service area and primary service. The contact form collects your name, email and message. The site also stores a request reference, submission time and handling status.

Why we use it

We use these details to assess and respond to your request, agree a report scope and delivery date, prepare your Snapshot and discuss implementation if you request it. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Where the details go

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database and accessed through an owner-restricted inbox. The hosting platform processes the data needed to operate the website. A temporary, salted hash of the connection address is used to limit repeated submissions. The application does not save the raw connection address in request records.

The temporary hash is cleared from records older than 24 hours when a later request is processed. Enquiry records remain until reviewed and deleted by the owner. We review records and remove information that is no longer needed for the request or an agreed engagement.

Review, correction or deletion

Use the contact form to ask Christopher to review, correct or delete your saved request. Include your request reference and use the same email address where possible so the request can be checked. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Site preferences and external services

The colour-mode control changes the page presentation. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so the browser connects to that service. This update does not add advertising trackers or a marketing email subscription.
