Look inside before you request yours
Your snapshot uses questions relevant to your industry. Explore the fictional sample below, then switch industry in the form to see how the prompt set and priorities change.
Example Clinic · Example City
An interactive demonstration of the report format. All counts and findings below are illustrative.
Sample mention rate: 5 of 20 answers.
Five prompts checked across four engines. This measures mentions in the recorded answers, not market share or a forecast of bookings.
| Engine | Example Clinic | Competitor A | Competitor B |
|---|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT | 2 / 5 | 4 / 5 | 3 / 5 |
| Perplexity | 1 / 5 | 3 / 5 | 2 / 5 |
| Gemini | 1 / 5 | 3 / 5 | 2 / 5 |
| Google AI Overviews | 1 / 5 | 2 / 5 | 2 / 5 |
Mention rate: valid recorded answers naming the business ÷ all valid recorded answers × 100. This fictional example contains 20 valid answers. Unavailable checks and searches with no AI Overview are reported separately, not counted as business omissions. Each report names the precise system tested. Results describe this sample, not your market share.
A real snapshot records the exact prompt, named system or search surface, date, location context, answer and supporting references. A mention names the business; a citation links to a source; a recommendation suggests a provider. We record them separately. Later checks use the same agreed questions and disclose coverage changes. Answers can vary between runs.
Example recommendations only. Your report is based on recorded observations and includes a scoped next step.
Worked example · Fictional, not a client finding
Observation: In this fictional review, the main service page does not clearly identify the location served or provide a verifiable reference for a key expertise claim. The recorded answers mention the example business in 5 of 20 checks. These observations do not establish why an AI system omitted it.
Proposed change: Clarify the primary service, relevant location and supporting expertise using accurate information.
Suggested owner: The person responsible for the website, with factual approval from the business owner or qualified reviewer.
Completion check: The updated page clearly explains the service and location, links to verifiable support for its expertise claims and has received factual approval. Then repeat the same recorded prompts on an agreed review date; report any change without assuming that the edit caused it.
Page 05 · Fictional recommendation example
Use the recommendation with your existing team. You do not need to buy implementation to use your report.
We turn the priority into a written scope: the assets to change, deliverables, access required, acceptance checks, timeline and fee. You decide before work starts.
How to review progress: repeat the same recorded questions after the agreed changes and compare the evidence. Track enquiry and booking behaviour separately; a change in mentions does not prove a change in revenue.
Fictional example, not a finding about your business. A real report may recommend no paid work if there is no worthwhile implementation case.
A complete first deliverable
The report ends with a recommendation grounded in the findings. It gives you enough to make your first improvement without committing to a larger engagement.

For each: what we observed, what to change, who needs to act and the measure to revisit. One first action is clearly identified.

A reasoned recommendation: implement with your team, scope a focused fix or consider the connected sprint. The scope follows the evidence.
Scope: one business, one location or service area, one primary service and five buyer questions across up to four available systems. Unavailable answers and any excluded checks are recorded; they are not silently scored as omissions. This is a point-in-time review, not a forecast or an exhaustive market audit.
| Buyer question | Information that helps | What we improve |
|---|---|---|
| “Who provides this service near me?” | Clear services, location or service area, expertise and relevant references. | Authority and visibility foundations. |
| “Which provider can I trust?” | Consistent information, genuine reviews, credentials and substantiated claims. | The clarity and reliability of trust information. |
| “How do I take the next step?” | A clear offer, contact route, response process and appropriate booking option. | Lead capture, follow-up and appointment handling. |
The idea behind the work
Generative Engine Optimisation means improving the information and trust signals that AI systems may use when answering questions about your business. Clear service pages, accurate local profiles, genuine reviews and verifiable expertise help make you easier to understand and assess.
It cannot force an AI recommendation. We improve the inputs, record the observations and connect discovery to an easier enquiry journey.
See an exampleSample scenario · Not a client result
A potential customer asks: “Which aesthetic clinics should I consider in my city?”
The illustrative answer lists other providers. Your business is not mentioned. The snapshot records that observation and examines the information available about you.
Clarify treatment pages, practitioner credentials, reviews and local business information so people and AI systems have stronger information to assess.
The next answer may still vary by engine, question, location and date. Improved information is not guaranteed placement.
Visibility creates an opportunity. Follow-up helps capture it. A recommendation can still lead nowhere if the website, enquiry response or booking journey lets people down.
A clearer path from search to consultation
Being found is only the beginning. Someone also needs a reason to trust you, a simple way to enquire and a timely response.
When someone asks which provider to consider, unclear or incomplete information can make your business harder to assess.
We strengthen your visibility and trust signals.
A vague offer or a confusing booking journey gives an interested visitor another reason to put it off.
We give visitors a clear next step.
Busy reception teams can lose track of unanswered enquiries, missed calls and people who were almost ready.
We connect follow-up to your booking process.
From knowing to doing
If you want help acting on the report, we first review the findings with you and confirm the improvement that matters most to your business. Any paid proposal follows that evidence and your priorities, with an agreed scope, success measures and next action.
A small, clear improvement
When the change is manageable internally, your report tells you what to improve first and what to check afterwards.
You keep the recommendations. No paid engagement needed.
One gap needs implementation
The AI Visibility Priority Fix turns one supported finding into a defined piece of work, with a fixed quote, delivery date and acceptance checks.
One written scope, with deliverables and acceptance checks.
Several steps need connecting
When discovery, enquiry handling and booking all need work, the 90-Day AI Client Acquisition Sprint connects them into one managed process.
Explore the connected sprintWhat happens before any paid work: review the report findings → agree the priority and success measures → receive a written implementation proposal → decide whether to proceed.
If the findings do not support further work, we say so. No automatic enrolment or obligation to buy.
Start with clarity
Your first product is the free snapshot. If you want help acting on it, the recommendation becomes a written implementation scope. A focused fix receives a fixed quote; a wider project receives a tailored proposal.
Your first step

One business. One location. One primary service category.
Your first paid step, when useful
Fixed-scope quote
One priority from your Snapshot, agreed before any paid work begins.
The written quote confirms the total fee, any applicable tax, delivery date, access needed and acceptance checks. Software, advertising and additional work are itemised separately.
Examples include clarifying one service page or correcting one business profile. A website rebuild and ongoing management are separate scopes.
Start with my free SnapshotBefore paid work begins, we agree the deliverables, milestones, responsibilities and reporting measures in writing. This includes the access and approvals needed from your team and how changes to scope or timing are handled.
Specific AI mentions, bookings and revenue are not guaranteed.
When the snapshot reveals a connected problem
Your snapshot identifies the gaps. The sprint puts the agreed changes into practice: strengthen discovery, improve the enquiry journey and connect follow-up to booking.
We use the findings to choose the right modules and agree the work. You do not need all three modules just because they are available.
The sprint describes a planned implementation approach. Your proposal confirms the schedule, deliverables and responsibilities before work begins. Specific AI rankings, appointment volumes and revenue are not guaranteed.
A defined set of local prompts, engines and competitors, with a baseline you can compare against later.
Priority fixes to business profiles, service information and trust signals, plus one focused enquiry page.
A customer pipeline, qualification fields, notifications and agreed follow-up sequences.
Calendar routing, appointment reminders and missed-enquiry follow-up matched to your team’s capacity.
Visibility, qualified enquiries, bookings, attendance and recorded conversions—with gaps in attribution clearly identified.
What happens during the sprint
An illustrative 90-day sequence. Your actual schedule is confirmed in your proposal.
Days 1–30
Agree your target service, location, qualification rules and measures. Review visibility, map the enquiry journey and confirm the implementation plan.
Days 31–60
Implement agreed visibility fixes, the enquiry page, pipeline, notifications and booking workflow. Check the journey with your team before activation.
Days 61–90
Review the available data, improve the workflow, document the system and agree whether ongoing management makes sense.
The scorecard follows the whole journey: AI mentions → qualified enquiries → booked consultations → attended consultations → recorded sales. Your team confirms attendance and sales; unverified revenue is not presented as attributed revenue.
A managed process, with human checks
Your proposal identifies the work, the people responsible and the checks required before delivery. You should not have to coordinate separate suppliers.
Keep the prompts and source answers. Review mentions, accuracy and supporting references instead of relying on an unexplained score.
Where specialist input is required, define the assignment and access in the agreed scope. Sector-sensitive content goes to your authorised reviewer before publication.
Check recommendations against the evidence and your priorities. Separate what was observed, what is inferred and what still needs testing.
Built for the right fit
Before you commit
The key question is whether the potential value of additional clients supports the cost of acquiring them. We discuss your service margins, capacity and current conversion rates before proposing paid work.
How it fits your existing marketing
Different ways to help the right customer find you. The Snapshot helps identify where attention is useful.
| Approach | What it addresses | Where Namora fits |
|---|---|---|
| SEO and local search | How people discover your pages and business profiles through search. | Accurate services, clear content and trustworthy local information also support AI discovery. |
| AI visibility / GEO | How your business appears in answers to relevant buyer questions. | Record the evidence, compare mentions and implement justified improvements. |
| Outbound outreach | Starting conversations with selected potential customers. | The Snapshot assesses discovery through AI answers. Outreach is a separate activity with different measures. |
No single channel suits every business. AI mentions, website visits, enquiries and sales are different measures.

How the two overlap, where outreach fits and which outcomes to measure separately.
Straight answers
No. AI recommendations are controlled by external systems and can change. We improve the information and trust signals available about your business, record what we observe and report changes against an agreed baseline.
A qualified enquiry has valid contact details, interest in the agreed service, a relevant location and the qualification criteria agreed with your team. A booked consultation is a confirmed calendar slot; it is not an attended appointment or a sale. We report those stages separately. Your team remains responsible for assessing whether its services are suitable for each prospective client.
One accountable contact, access to agreed business systems, accurate service information, timely approvals and confirmation of attendance and sales. We agree the responsibilities and response expectations before implementation begins.
We review what you have first. Where practical, the sprint connects and improves your existing tools. Any replacement or additional software is discussed and priced before you commit.
No. You keep the snapshot and can use the recommendations with your existing team. If you want implementation help, we discuss a suitable scope and provide a written proposal.
No. The sample is fictional and demonstrates how the report is structured. It is not evidence of client performance. Your actual snapshot uses recorded observations about your business and identifies limitations in the findings.
Complete the request form with your business, website, service and location. We review the fit and contact you by email to confirm the scope and delivery date before preparing your report. There is no automatic enrolment in paid work.
